What were those stock screen parameters?

I thought I wrote down the stock screener parameters he used to generate that example list of research candidates.
I remember one aspect was over $1/share, year end Dec 31st, what else was there, low P/E low P/B?

Mark,
If you are referring to the list of stocks he circulated with the course outline, the filters were:
lowest quartile of stocks ranked based on the P/E ratio with fiscal year end December, price of over $1 and, at least, a five year history
