Apparently he did an op-ed piece in the Globe and Mail by this title sometime last month, but I can't seem to find it anywhere online (including the Globe site).

Anybody see it?

Perhaps you found it already. There is a listing on the Bengrahaminvesting.ca site and a link to the GlobeInvestor magazine version (identical). Title "This time, panic won't lead" for Google.

I have a photocopy as well.
I spent over an hour on the net yesterday looking for someone's table of business risk premium by industry. Do you know of a recent one?

My mistake. I thought you meant the Depression article but you were looking for one on deflation.
