Jazz Technologies Merger Arbitrage
 

Jazz Technologies (JAZ) announced on May 19, 2008 that they are being acquired by Tower Semiconductor (TSEM). As of August 13, the spread fluctuates between 6-9% or an annualized gain in the range of 40-72%.
